The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end development and system configuration within our Salesforce org. You’ll be the technical expert on the platform, designing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, as well as managing integrations, data, and automation logic.

This role blends Salesforce Administration, Custom Development, System Architecture, and Cloud Integration, perfect for someone who likes variety and impact. We're looking for someone with intermediate experience to help design and build scalable, innovative solutions.

Here's what you can expect:

Develop Robust Applications
• User & profile management, security, role hierarchies, and OWD settings
• Declarative development using Flows, formulas, record types, validation & workflow rules
• Lightning App Builder & Experience Cloud configuration
• Manage apps from AppExchange and initial org setup

Data Management
• Handle imports/exports with Data Loader
• Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and mapping for migrations
• Monitor system health and performance

Custom Development (Dev)
• Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Visualforce, Aura Components, and custom metadata/settings
• API integrations (REST/SOAP), Salesforce DX & CLI
• Write test classes with high code coverage
• Build custom sharing logic and manage deployments between environments

Reporting & Analytics
• Create advanced dashboards and custom report types
• Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) experience is a plus

Collaboration & Project Work
• Work cross-functionally with business users, PMs, and designers
• Use Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools like ClickUp, Slack, and G-Suite
• Guide and mentor junior devs or admins where needed

About You

You’re a versatile Salesforce expert who brings both declarative and programmatic experience to the table. You think in systems, automate the boring stuff, and love untangling complex business logic.

You Bring:
• 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience (Admin + Developer)
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and API integrations
• Solid understanding of security models, custom objects, and data architecture
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Strong debugging, code review, and testing capabilities
• Comfortable with Salesforce DX, Git, and CLI tools
• Excellent communication skills in English
