The second edition of Tech Leaders Exchange in Dallas this year brought together a vibrant group of tech leaders, founders, and professionals for an evening of honest conversations, meaningful connections, and community-building across borders.
This edition was especially meaningful for us at Streaver, as it was co-led by our CEO, Fabián Larrañaga, and Martín Fitipaldo, one of our engineers who has recently transitioned into a sales role. It marked a milestone moment for Martín and reflected the kind of cross-functional growth we encourage within our team.
Despite some last-minute venue challenges that caused a slight delay (thank you to everyone who stayed flexible!), the energy in the room quickly took over. What started as informal conversations evolved into a dynamic group discussion covering everything from company building to navigating marketing and sales in today’s landscape. Each participant added unique insight, making the dialogue rich and relevant.
We were excited to reconnect with familiar faces and welcome new ones, including @juan.vasquez.tx, @christopherleblanc, @dallashustles, @franciscopelayo, @gabevillamizar, @tmorgan.dev, and @jacobcford. Thank you for showing up with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to share.
This event reaffirmed why we invest in community: to create spaces where people and ideas come together across roles, industries, and geographies.
A big thank you to Fabián and Martín for leading this edition with clarity and intention. We're excited to continue growing the Tech Leaders Exchange and strengthening the bridge between Latin America and the U.S. tech ecosystem.
