Flexible assignment by membership type or company. Calendar view for tracking delivery dates, status, and responsible parties. Company-specific and global metrics for performance monitoring.

Member portal

Access to assigned benefits, delivery history, invoices, self-service data updates (such as logos and contact info), and real-time access to the monthly newsletter, all from the member dashboard.

Event synchronization with Eventbrite

Events appear directly in the portal, each with a redirect button that takes the user to their free ticket, avoiding accidental payments.

Automated sponsorship workflow

Admins control sponsorship requests per event, while member companies apply through their portal, triggering notifications to PRN and streamlining decisions.

Technical Challenges
1. Data migration from multiple sources
Challenge: Key information wasn’t just in MemberClicks—it was scattered across various internal tools.

Solution: A unified, flexible data model was designed to consolidate everything into one coherent platform.
2. External event system integration
Challenge: Eventbrite integration had to be handled indirectly through data syncs and smart redirects.

Solution: Maintain a smooth experience for users while ensuring compatibility with Eventbrite’s constraints.
3. Role-based access control
Challenge: Permissions and views needed to be carefully structured so members and admins only saw what was relevant to their role.
